Solar Systems
Solar panels can be a very usefull addition to any alternative energy system. Panels are simply an array of solar cells. Usually, these cells output about 1/2 a volt each, so they are wired in series to add the voltage. Most panels output 15-20 volts DC. You should always connect your solar panels through a charge controller.
